Adding a Disclaimer to Your Tile

Sometimes you need to add a disclaimer or legal language to your Tile but don't want it to count against the 750-character limit on a Tile. That's why we added an optional disclaimer section.

Below are instructions on how to add a disclaimer to your Tile:

1. Click on the Edit Tab and pick your tile

   

    

2. Hover over your tile and click the pencil icon to edit

   

3. Scroll Towards the Bottom of the Body Section of the Tile until you see the Show Disclaimer button

    

4. Toggle on “Show Disclaimer”

   

5. Enter your disclaimer text:

   

6. Click Save Tile.

   

That's it! Once you save the Tile, your disclaimer will be shown to employees.
