Turning On/Off Admin Notifications
This guide covers the four email settings shown in Settings → Admin Notifications.
Open Admin Notifications

In the upper right corner click the circle icon and click Your Settings.

Choose Admin Notifications in the left menu.

Use the toggles on the right to turn emails on or off.
Tip: If you manage more than one Board, set preferences for each Board you administer.
Board Activity Report

What it is: A weekly summary of your Board’s engagement and activity.

When it arrives: Once a week. The day may vary by Board.
Highlight Feedback Report

What it is: A recap of employees’ star ratings and recent comments on Highlights.

When it arrives: Sent after new feedback is collected during the week.
Pending Q&A Questions Notification

What it is: A reminder about any unanswered Q&A Tile questions assigned to you.

When it arrives: Daily in your Board’s time zone until questions are answered.
Explore Digest

What it is: A digest of new or recommended content added to Explore.

When it arrives: Whenever a new digest is published.
FAQs
I turned a toggle on but did not get an email. Why?
New emails send on their schedule. For example, weekly reports send once a week. Also check your spam folder and confirm you set the preference for the correct Board.
Can I pause emails temporarily?
Yes. Return to Your Settings → Admin Notifications and switch the toggle off. You can switch it back on at any time.
