Start Drafting Your Highlight Content
- At the bottom of the Highlight editor, you can begin drafting and creating your content tiles by clicking Add New Post.
- A screen will show that will let you pick the date and time you want your Post to be scheduled. If you're unsure, click Create Post With No Date and Time.
- Here we have a blank Post that's ready to hold Tiles. Click Add Tile to start customizing a blank Tile.
- If you want to start from a template, visit our Explore Tab.
- Here we added a few Tiles from the Explore Tab which went into our Unscheduled side bar. We dragged a Tile into the Post and now we're ready to edit it.
- After you've edited your Tile, click Save & Close.
- When you're ready to Schedule your Post to go live, enter your Post Date.
- You'll be prompted on how you'd like to share the Post with your employees:
- Publish with Notifications: If you're looking to boost employee engagement then we recommend this option. It'll allow you to customize an email and text Notification and Reminder.
- Publish without Notifications: Use this when you want to add Tiles to a Highlight without notifying employees.
- Watch the video if you have trouble deciding which path to take.
- Customize your Notification Email:
- Email Template
- Email Subject
- Custom Headline
- Intro Message
- Customize your Notification Text:
- Text Message
- When you're customized your Notification, click Next: Reminder.
- Set a Reminder to follow up with employees that didn't engage with the first Notification communication.
Review Your Post:
- We recommend using Schedule to send the communications at the date and time you want.
- If you need to get the Post out quickly, use the Post Now button and it'll send everything out within 2 hours.
- You'll see your Notification and Reminders associated with the Post. You can edit or delete them if they haven't been sent using the icons.
- Once your Highlight is live, you can see the employee view by clicking the Preview Tab.
