Highlights, Posts, and Tiles work together to organize and share content with employees. Understanding the difference helps you structure your benefits communications effectively.

What Is a Highlight?

A Highlight is a collection of Posts and Tiles around a topic you want to communicate with employees.

  • Highlights can include a single Post or multiple-Posts.
  • Employees can view Highlights any time when they visit Airbo.

What Is a Post?

A Post is a collection of Tiles that you schedule to send out.

  • Posts are delivered through email and/or text notifications.
  • Each post can contain one or more Tiles that you want employees to review together.
  • Posts allow you to send out emails and text messages for that group of Tiles to employees.

What Is a Tile?

A Tile is a single piece of content that employees read or interact with.

  • Each Tile focuses on one benefit or subject.
  • Tiles can include information, quizzes, or surveys to help employees engage with the material.
