Do Employees Lose Access After the Highlight Ends?

When a Highlight reaches its end date, it only affects promotion. Employees can still access the content unless you choose to Archive it.

What the End Date Means

The end date marks the period when you stop actively promoting a Highlight to employees.

  • After the end date, you can no longer send posts related to that Highlight.
  • The content itself does not turn off and will still appear on the board if it remains live.

When to Archive a Highlight

If the Highlight is no longer relevant, you can remove employee access by archiving it:

  • Click the three-dot icon next to the Highlight.
  • Select Archive.

  • Type CONFIRM in all caps.
  • Archive the Highlight.

Archiving ensures employees can no longer access the Highlight.

How to Review Archived Highlights

Go to the Highlights tab and click on the Archived tab. From there, you can review all archived Highlights.

Archived Highlights are also visible within the Calendar View if you have the Archived filter turned on.
