After creating your engaging Tiles, the next step is to share them with your employees. Airbo streamlines this process, saving you from the hassle of crafting messages from scratch.

Here's how you can do it:

Option 1: Making Your Post Live Without Communications

If you want to make your Tiles live immediately, select Set Notifications & Schedule.

A modal will pop up, so you'll need to click the Make Live button.

This bypasses Notifications and Reminders, so employees won’t receive emails or texts about the Post. This option is great for publishing content on Airbo that your employees can visit on their own time, especially for year-round education.

All that's left is reviewing the Post and clicking Make Live Now. If you need to change anything, just click Previous or click the X to cancel without saving.

Keep in mind that without Notifications, your engagement may be lower since Airbo won't be communicating to your employees to view the content.

Option 2: Scheduling Tiles With Notifications and Reminders

To maximize engagement, Airbo lets you schedule Notifications and Reminders to inform employees about new Tiles.

1. Click the Set Notifications & Schedule button to see this modal:

2. Select Set Up Notifications.

You'll enter a helpful wizard flow to walk you through the set up process for the emails and texts you can send to employees to notify them about the Tiles you just made.

3. Set Recipients

You can click the drop down under Recipients to select if you'd like to send your communications to Active, Inactive, or All Users.

4. Create Email

Emails are a great way to notify employees of your content and to get them to view it within Airbo.

In this section, you have the ability to add a custom Email Subject, Custom Headline, and Intro Message.

We recommend keeping the text simple, clear, and fun.

5. Include Text Messages

By default we enable text messages to go out for any employee that we have a phone number associated with their account. If you'd like to turn this feature off, simply click the toggle button and it'll only send an email out.

6. Previews

The Email Preview and Text Preview tabs show you what the employee will see from your email and text communications.

7. Setting Up Reminders

To ensure employees don’t miss important Tiles, you can schedule reminder messages.

These reminders only go to employees who haven’t opened the initial email or text. Employees who have already interacted with the Tiles will not receive the reminder, preventing unnecessary repetition.

Reminders aren't customizable. They will use the same content as the Notification. If you'd like to see the message in your inbox, simply press the Send Test Message To Myself and it'll send you what your employees will see.

By default we have the Reminder set to one week after the Notification goes out. You can adjust the date and time if you'd like or turn the Reminder off entirely.

We recommend using a Reminder to increase engagement of your Campaign.

Closing the Wizard

If you need to exit the wizard and want to save your work, click the Save & Close button. If you need to exit without saving your work, click the X icon.

Scheduling Posts for the Future

Now that you've set your Notifications and Reminders, you're ready for your final review before scheduling.

This page will show you the dates and times when your Notification and Reminders will go live. It'll also give you the breakdown of email and text messages that will be sent. At the bottom you'll see all of the Tiles that are part of this Post.

If you'd like to make everything live immediately, you can click Post Now. You'll be prompted one more time to make sure in case you clicked it by accident.

Otherwise, click Schedule and everything will be ready to be sent to your employees on the dates and times you specified.

Note: If your Post is scheduled and you want to turn it back into a draft, simply click the Revert to Draft button. You'll then need to pick a Post date, time, and set up your Notifications and Reminders.

Editing or Deleting Notifications and Reminders

If you need to adjust the date or time for your notifications or reminders, click the Edit icon to make changes. To remove a notification or reminder altogether, click the trash can icon and confirm the deletion.

Note: You can't delete or edit a Notification or Reminder that's already been sent to employees.

We've Made It Easy for Employees to View Tiles

Once employees receive your notifications, they can easily log into Airbo without needing a password. Airbo generates a unique key in each message, personalized for each employee to make access seamless.

Tracking Engagement

After your Tiles go live, head over to the Reports page to monitor employee engagement in real-time. You’ll be able to track who has interacted with the Tiles and gather insights on how your content is performing.
