Inform your IT Department that you're using Airbo

Your IT infrastructure may have a firewall that can block Airbo from working as expected if not set up properly, but don't worry - addressing this is quick and simple. Send your IT team the list of web addresses to add to their safe list. Once IT confirms whitelisting is complete, let your Airbo representative know, and we'll run a few quick tests to make sure it works.

Here's a sample email you can send IT:

Dear IT,

In about two weeks, our department will be launching a new SaaS app called Airbo (app.airbo.com). It's an interactive tool that will help us engage employees in our communications, programs, and trainings. We need to whitelist their domains below. Would it be possible for you to do so by the end of this week?

Email Domains

  • @mail.ourairbo.com

  • @ourairbo.com

  • @airbo.com

Web Domains

  • *ourairbo.com

  • *airbo.com

  • *hengage-Tiles-production.s3.amazonaws.com

  • *app.airbo.com

  • *hengage.heroku.app

  • *unsplash.com

IP Address

  • v=spf1 ip4:50.31.46.51

Finally, if you throttle emails, please make sure that it is high enough where all Airbo emails will be received on the day sent.

Thank you
