Adding Users in a Campaign

Add your employees in the Users section of the Campaigns tab. We only need each employee's full name and email (phone number is optional if you'd like to distribute tiles via text message). Detailed instructions can be found when you click 'Set Users', but in short:

  1. Download the CSV template from the Users Section > Set Users

  2. Add users to the CSV template

  3. Upload the CSV template back in the Users Section > Set Users

Managing Users from User tab

Add your employees in the Users page using the CSV template. We only need each employee's full name and email (phone number is optional if you'd like to distribute tiles via text message). Detailed instructions can be found on the Users page, but in short:

  1. Download the CSV template from the Users page

  2. Add users to the CSV template

  3. Upload the CSV template back to the Users page

Once you've uploaded the file, it will take us 24 to 48 hours to process it. We'll notify you as soon as it's ready. Most customers update their data monthly by uploading a full file. Our system automatically reconciles your data.

If you need to add or remove specific employees without doing a file upload, you can also do so on the Users page.

You can manually add an employee by entering his or her name, email address, and then clicking "Add User". You can also send that individual an invitation from the resulting popup.

Editing and Removing Employees

After an employee has been added to your Board you will have the ability to adjust information on his or her account page and delete the account if needed. Switch over to the the "All Users" tab of the Users page and then you can search for a specific employee by name. Click on the employee name to do things like change an email address, add a phone number, or delete the user.
