Each time you send out Tiles, it’s a good idea to review metrics about how well they were received by your employees. This data can help you make future decisions about communications, and improve engagement each send.
You can review metrics on every email to see which subject lines perform best, which Tiles were the most popular, and even the best time to send out your email.
Here’s what the report includes:
The first section shows the date and time sent as well as the unique number of employees that logged in broken out by subject line. This includes follow-up email subject lines and any A/B subject line tests.
The second section shows higher level stats from the Tile Email. This includes the number of Tiles sent, how many people received the email, if a follow-up was sent, and how many unique people logged.
The last section shows stats from each specific Tile. This includes the number of times each Tile was viewed and answered. You can click on either of those stats to get even more data on how that Tile performed.
To review your last email, click on the “Reports” tab.

Here are a few ways that Tile Emails Reports can help you improve your communications on Airbo.
Subject lines: Use this section to compare various emails and see which types of subject lines did best. For example, if you did an A/B test and the subject line “Action required: Open Enrollment” performed better than the subject line “New Open Enrollment Tiles,” you can use this information to better capture your populations attention during critical communication periods.
Tile popularity: If you’re looking to see which Tile did best in an email, take a look at this report. You’ll see a breakdown by Tile, so you can quickly scan to see which were the most popular. If you start to notice a pattern with the types of Tiles that are popular, you can use this information to inform future Tile creation.
Time sent: If you're interested in knowing what time works best for you to send your Tile Emails, you can use the Tile Emails Report to compare differences in participation based on time sent.
