How to use the Targeted Messaging feature

1.Go to the Edit tab.

2. In the Live section, locate the Tile that you’ll use to send targeted communications. 

3. Click on any one of the three statistics under the Tile. 

4. Click on the Message tab. 

5. Select the group of employees that you would like to send your message to via the drop down list. 

6. Draft your subject line and message. 

Note: If you’d like to include the recipient's first name, click “Insert Name,” or if you’d like to include a link that directs them to Airbo, click “Airbo link.”

7. Send a test email message to yourself by clicking “Send Test”

8. Once you’ve confirmed the test message looks good, click “Send” and the message will be sent to the specific group of employees that you have selected.
