Repurpose your Virtual Benefit Fair with New Hire Onboarding Content

One of the many benefits of hosting a Virtual Benefit Fair with Airbo is that once you’ve shared your Virtual Benefit Fair and it has closed, you can convert your Tiles to be used for new hires through the remainder of your annual contract.

Below are the steps to take:

On the Setup Tab:

  1. Change the name of your Board from “Company Name Virtual Benefit Fair” to “Company Name New Hire Tiles”

  2. Change the Welcome message to align for new hires rather than a virtual benefit fair

  3. Change the URL to align for new hires rather than a virtual benefit fair

On the Edit > Live tab:

  1. Edit the content of each tile to remove reference of the Virtual Benefit Fair and update to align with new hire actions and wording

  2. Remove any prize references

There are two ways to add new hires. You can use either option:

  1. Share the link from the Send > Board Share Link tab with new hires when they start. They can create an account directly from the link

  2. Add them directly to the Users tab with Name and Email. Make sure you click “Invite” in the popup that appears after you add them
