Steps for sending out any final Tiles after your Virtual Benefit Fair

After your Virtual Benefit Fair has ended, we would advise you to send follow-up Tiles to all of the employees who participated.

Below are the steps to send out follow-up Tiles:

  1. Navigate to the “Explore” tab and search for Tiles that you want to follow up with. For example, search the word “winner” to view the Tiles that we have created to announce your prize winners

  2. “Copy” the Tiles that you want to send

  3. Navigate to the “Edit” tab on the left side of the Airbo screen where you will find the Tiles that you have copied

  4. Make any necessary changes to the Tiles or create new Tiles from scratch by selecting “Create Tile”

  5. Once the Tiles are done, you can drag them over to the Digest area (the date you select does not matter)

  6. Then click the “Move to Proof” button and the Tiles will populate in both the “Proof” section of the "Edit" tab as well as the “Send” tab.

  7. Navigate to the “Send” tab, make any edits that you’d like to the subject line, and hit send!
