How To Pull Virtual Benefit Fair Prize Winners

Steps for selecting prize winners

Using a prize is a great way to reinforce employee engagement during your Virtual Benefit Fair. Some examples of possible prizes include vendor gifts (like mugs or umbrellas), gift cards, or a few hours of PTO. Listed below are the steps to add a prize and pull a winner.

Add a prize

  1. Go to the Prizes Page

  2. On the left, select the start and end date of your VBF to let your employees know how much time they have to complete their tiles and be eligible for any prizes.

  3. Add your prize. You can add as many prizes as you'd like by clicking "Add Another"

  4. Click “Start”

Pulling winners

  1. Once the prize period is over, go back to the Prizes Page

  2. Select the number of winners you'd like to pick

  3. Click "Pick Winners!" (a list of winners will be automatically generated based on a random generator)

  4. Notify your winner(s) via email

  5. You can also post Tiles announcing the winners
