Below are the instructions to share Tiles with specific Audiences on Airbo!
Creating your Targeted Audiences
Please connect with your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to create your Targeted Audiences.
Your CSM will walk you through uploading your list of employees, and then will create the Audiences based on that list. Please allow at least 24 business hours for this to be completed.
Tagging a Tile with a Targeted Audience
Once your Targeted Audiences have been created by your CSM, you'll be able to select which Audience should see the Tile at the bottom of the Tile builder. Simply select your Audience the content corresponds to, and click Save.
Once saved, there will be a color indicator at the top of the Tile Thumbnail that indicates this tile aligns with a specific Audience.
Sharing Your Tiles With Targeted Audiences
When you're ready to Share your Tiles, you'll be able to review the Audience Preview for each group in the Send Tab. Simply toggle between the different groups to see which Tiles they'll receive.
You can send Tiles to only one Audience, or you can send Tiles to multiple Audiences at once. This means you can have some Tiles that get sent to everyone, and some that only go to a specific Audience, all within the same email to help save you time!
Please note: Default email view is "All Users." If you're only sending to one Audience, please be sure to select the corresponding Audience Preview.
Creating Targeted Audience Tiles
If you are sending a similar Tile to multiple Audience, for example medical plans that require different attachments for each Audience, you can use the Copy function to quickly create a new version of the Tile.
Simply click over the [...] button on the Thumbnail of the tile. Click the "Copy" button and a new Tile will be copied into your Unplanned section on Edit > Plan.
Once you've created the Copy, open up that new Tile and make your edits and tag it with the desired Audience at the bottom of the Tile.
