An employee asks a question on a Tile. Administrators can easily review, answer and manage questions directly on Airbo.

We estimate that the Q&A Tile cuts the amount of time to answer a question by 55%. It works like this:

  1. Employees ask a question directly on a Tile,

  2. Airbo compiles all employee questions into the new Q&A Tile Report.

  3. The Q&A Tile Report will make sure that nothing falls through the cracks. From here, your team can manage which questions need to be answered and by whom.

How to Create a Q&A Tile

  1. Create a Tile on the Edit tab using the new Q&A interaction type.

  2. Assign which Administrator should answer the question (can be anyone on your internal team, broker, or vendor).

How to Answer Questions from the Q&A Tile

  1. Airbo will notify the assigned Administrator when new questions are asked via a once-daily email.

  2. The Administrator logs in to Airbo to review and answer questions. They’re all compiled in one place on the Reports tab for ease of use.

  3. Depending on the employee's preferred contact information, the Administrator can either call the employee via the phone number they provided, or they can click on the email address and their email client will open to respond via email.

  4. As the Administrator answers questions, they change the status to either “contacted” or “answered” to keep track of which questions are outstanding and which ones are completed.
