If a Tile is no longer relevant, you can hide it from your board. This is helpful if a Tile is timely content, like information about a deadline, an event, a holiday, or one-time updates or changes. Hiding the Tile also allows you to keep the data from the user engagement.

How to Hide a Tile

  1. Hover your mouse over a Tile you’d like to hide.

  2. Click the button with the 3 horizontal dots. This will show a menu.

  3. Select “Hide Tile.”

  1. You will see a pop-up menu informing you of the action. You can click “Undo” if you hid the Tile on accident.

  1. You can also repeat the process to unhide the Tile.

Hidden Tiles can be moved around to different staging areas just like a visible Tile. For example, from the Unscheduled Sidebar to a Campaign staging area.

If a Tile is hidden:

  • The Tile will not show on a Board, in a Campaign, in an email, and via text message.

  • You will still be able to see all relevant analytics from any Tile that was previously Live for employees in the Reports Tab.
