How to create a Campaign Prize to increase employee engagement

To increase employee engagement it's recommended to use our Prize gamification feature within Airbo. This gives the employee incentive to read and complete Tiles and learn all of the important information your team is providing.

In this guide, we'll show you how easy it is to set up a Prize in your Campaign.

How to Create a Prize

  1. Scroll down to the Prizes section within your Campaign

  2. Click Set Prizes

  3. Enter the Prize Description, number of prizes, Message, and click Save Prizes to save your work

Editing a Prize

  1. After you've created a prize, you'll see a notification box outlining when the Prize will be available for employees to enter with Points from your campaign

  2. If you'd like to edit this, simply click Edit Prizes

Scheduling Your Prize Winner Tile

When you create a Prize, you'll have an Unscheduled Tile generated for you to announce the winner. Here you can add any additional Tiles you want, however, it's common to just Schedule this announcement Tile.

To Schedule, simply click on the Unscheduled text or the blue Schedule Tiles button.

A pop-up will display so you can select your Live date. You're able to do this up to 15 days after a Campaign finishes.

Remember, it's important to schedule this Tile after you've picked a winner.

How to Pick a Prize Winner

After a Prize Campaign has ended, you'll see a notification to Finalize the Campaign with a Call to Action button to pick a winner.

Clicking this Pick Winner button will scroll you down to the Campaign area that allows you to pick the winner. Click the Pick Winners button to open the pop up.

The pop-up will allow you to select the Number of Winners for this Campaign.

After you click Pick Winners you'll see on the right-hand side the randomly picked employee from your Campaign.

From here you're able to Repick the winner or Delete.

Now click on the Prize Tile. You'll be able to add the name of the Winner and modify the content to your liking.

Save and Close the Tile.

Now you're ready to Schedule the Tile. Click the blue Schedule Tile button.

You'll be presented with options for Schedule Message and Schedule Reminder. We recommend sending an Email or Text Message to notify employees that a winner was selected.

Click Save after you modify the communication messaging.

Now click Review and Schedule Tiles.

Lastly, select the date you wish this Tile to go Live. Then click the green Schedule for (Date) button.

Congrats! The Winner will be notified about their Prize and the rest of the Participants will know that this Campaign is over.
