Making sense of what the Quiz Tile data means

When creating an Airbo Campaign, you'll have the option to add a Quiz Tile to check employee comprehension of the content within that Tile.

Tracking Employee Responses

Airbo tracks correct and incorrect answers, and this data is available to you in the Report tab. You can see how well your employees understood the content at a glance.

Example: Quiz Tile Analytics

Here’s an example showing a client that has run multiple campaigns. You’ll see a view that lets you track all the Quiz Tiles across those campaigns. You can shuffle through the pages or click Show All to see everything on one page.

Correct Vs Incorrect Answers

  • Correct Answer: The answer you mark as correct in the Quiz Tile.

  • Incorrect Answer: The answer(s) you mark as incorrect in the Quiz Tile.

How to Interpret the Data

  • High Percentage of Correct Answers: If most employees are selecting the correct answer, your content is clear, and no further action is needed.

  • High Percentage of Incorrect Answers: If you’re seeing more incorrect answers, you may want to consider one of these two options:

    • Option 1: Simplify the content or add more clarity. You can do this by adjusting the text or adding an image or video to help get your key message across.

    • Option 2: This might be a sign that more education is needed. Reach out to Customer Success to discuss creating an additional campaign that focuses on this topic to educate employees and gather more feedback.

Best Practices

We recommend adding at least one Quiz Tile to your campaigns. Airbo will collect employee answers and show the correct and incorrect responses in the Reports tab. If you notice a high percentage of incorrect answers, try improving the content of your Tile or reach out to Customer Success to explore more options for additional education.
