Understanding Engagement Reports

Measure how employees interact with benefits content over time.

Airbo provides three reports that help you understand employee engagement from different angles: Cumulative Unique Visits, Unique Visits, and Total Visits. Together, they show how many employees you’re reaching, when they engage, and how often they return.

👉 You can access all three directly in the Reports tab.

Report

What it Measures Key Use Case

Cumulative Unique Visits

The total number of unique employees who engaged at least once during the selected period (e.g. year-to-date) Track your total reach and how it grows over time

Unique Visits

The number of unique employees who engaged in a specific timeframe (day, week, month, quarter, year) Identify short- and long-term engagement trends
Total Visits The total number of visits, including repeat visits from the same employee Measure overall activity and return behavior

Cumulative Unique Visits

Cumulative Unique Visits shows the total number of employees who have engaged at least once during the period you select. Each employee is counted only once, even if they return later, so the number grows as more people interact with your content for the first time.

Example: If 20 employees engaged in January and 15 different employees engaged in February, the cumulative total at the end of February would be 35 employees.

This report is the best way to measure overall reach. Over time, the total should steadily increase as you share more Highlights, giving different employees new opportunities to connect with their benefits.

Unique Visits

Unique Visits shows the number of distinct employees who engaged during a chosen timeframe. You can select day, week, month, quarter, or year.

Example: If 10 employees visited on Monday, and 6 of them came back on Tuesday, Unique Visits would show 10 for Monday and 6 for Tuesday. The same employees can appear again in another timeframe if they engage more than once.

This report is useful for spotting engagement trends. By comparing time periods, you can see which Highlights draw more employees in.

    Total Visits

Total Visits counts every interaction, including repeat visits from the same employee. Each time someone comes back to view a new Highlight or revisit past content, it’s included here.

Example: If one employee visited 3 times in a single day, Total Visits would count all 3 visits.

This report shows the full level of activity across Airbo. High totals mean employees aren’t just engaging once—they’re returning to the platform when they need information, which is a strong indicator of continued interest and engagement.
