How to Edit Your Highlight Tiles

Let's get your Highlight looking just right! Making edits to your content is simple. This guide will show you how to change pictures, edit text, and add fun activities to your Tiles.

Changing the Picture or Video

A great picture can make your content pop! You have a few easy options.

• Search for an Image: Click on the "Search Images" bar and type a word for what you're looking for (like "doctor" or "healthy food"). A library of photos will appear for you to choose from.

• Add a GIF: Want something fun and animated? Click the GIF button and search for a moving image.

• Upload Your Own Image: Have a specific photo you want to use? Click the "Upload Image" icon (it looks like a cloud with an arrow) to add a picture from your computer.

• Embed a Video: You can also include a video! Click the "Embed Video" icon (it looks like a little "play" button) and paste the video's embed code.

Editing the Text

Changing the words in your Tile is as easy as typing in a document.

• Headline and Body: Simply click on the headline or the main text area to start typing, add new information, or fix any mistakes.

• Make Text Stand Out: You can highlight words and use the toolbar to make them bold, italic, or underlined. You can also create bulleted or numbered lists to make information easy to read.

• Add a Link: Want to send employees to another website? Highlight the text you want them to click, click the paperclip icon in the toolbar, and paste the website link.

Adding More Information

Sometimes you need to add a little extra information.

• Add a Note: If you need to add a small disclaimer or an important note, click the "Show Note" toggle. A box will appear where you can type your note.

• Add an Attachment: Do you have a flyer or a benefits guide to share? Click Add Attachment to upload a file that your employees can download.

Making Your Tile Interactive

You can add fun activities to keep your employees engaged!

• Action: This is a simple button employees click to move to the next tile, like "I read it" or "Got it!"

• Quiz: Test their knowledge with a True/False or Multiple Choice question.

• Survey: Ask for feedback or opinions with a multiple-choice poll.

• Q&A: Give employees a chance to ask questions. You can choose where their questions get sent.

Changing the Point Value

You can decide how many points each Tile is worth. Simply click and drag the circle on the points slider to increase or decrease the value.
