My Employees Didn’t Get Invites

If an employee was added to your Board but never received their invite, you can resend it directly from the Users tab.

Find the Employee

  • Go to the Users tab.

  • Under All Users, search for the employee’s name.

Resend the Invite

Next to the employee’s account, click on the Invite blue link.


Confirm the Notification

After sending, you’ll receive a notification confirming the invite went out. The employee should then check their inbox for the email.
