What You’ll Learn

Overview
Airbo Reports allow you to download detailed engagement data for any highlight on your board. Once downloaded, you can easily identify users with the highest participation and select winners.
Step 1: Navigate to Reports
- Go to your Board
- From the left-hand navigation panel, scroll down to Reports
- Click Reports to open the reporting dashboard
Step 2: Select a Highlight
- Use the Highlight dropdown at the top of the Reports page
- Select the highlight you’d like to review
Each highlight will display its own engagement metrics, including visits and ratings.
Step 3: Download the Report
- After selecting a highlight, click the blue Download Report button
- A banner will appear confirming the report has been sent to your email
- Open your inbox and download the report file from the email
Note: The download link is time-sensitive, so be sure to save the file promptly.

Step 4: Review the Report & Pick Winners
Once you open the downloaded spreadsheet:
- You’ll see three tabs at the bottom:
- Overview
- Tiles Stats
- User Points (recommended for winner selection)
- Click the User Points tab
- Scroll all the way to the right to view:
- Total Points
- Completions
- Use these columns to identify and randomly select users with the highest points or completions. This method helps ensure a fair and data-driven winner selection process
