How to Reset Your Password

Airbo users may need to set up their password for the first time, or reset it if they’ve forgotten it. This guide walks through both options step by step.

 

Resetting Your Password If You Forgot It

  • Click Set or Reset Your Password

  • Enter the email address associated with your Airbo account

  • Click Reset Password
  • Airbo will send the user an email with instructions to set a new password.

Troubleshooting Password Issues

  • Didn’t get the reset email? Check your spam/junk folder.
  • Email not recognized? Contact your HR team or Airbo support to confirm the correct email is on file.
