How to Share an Internal Review Link in Airbo

Learn how to share a Highlight with clients or internal stakeholders before it’s published to employees. Using an Internal Review Link allows you to collect feedback without granting full admin access.

What is an Internal Review Link?

An Internal Review Link is a private preview of a Highlight. It allows you to share benefits content with clients or teammates for review before making it visible to employees.

Step 1: Open the Highlight You Want to Share

  • Go to the Highlights tab.

  • Click on the Highlight you’d like to share. Here I'm clicking the Wellness Incentive Program from our Demo Board. Pick your unique Highlight from your list.

Step 2: Generate the Internal Review Link

  • Inside the Highlight, click Edit Tiles.

  • In the top-right corner, open the Preview dropdown.

  • Select Internal Review Link.

Step 3: Copy and Share the Link With Your Client

  • Click Copy Link.

  • Paste the link into an email or message for your client.

  • They’ll be able to review the Highlight exactly as it will appear to employees, but it won’t go live until your campaign is scheduled.

What If My Campaign Dates Don’t Line Up?

Airbo campaigns are designed with start and end dates, and can’t exceed 30 days. This keeps content fresh and timely for employees.

If your Highlight needs review outside of those dates, don’t worry, Internal Review Links let you safely share previews with clients at any time. This way, you can collect approvals before your campaign window begins.
