How to View Reports and Download Data

Reports give you real-time data on how employees interact with your board. You can see visits, ratings, survey results, and more, all with options to filter, download, and share.

Access the Reports Tab

  1. From your admin dashboard, click on Reports.
  2. You’ll see a summary overview of your board’s engagement.

Key Metrics in Reports

Reports include several ways to measure engagement:

  • Unique visits – The number of distinct users who visited your board.
  • Total visits – How many times employees returned, including repeat visits.
  • Average tile views per user – How much content employees typically view.
  • Highlight ratings – Average scores and employee feedback on Highlights.
  • Survey, quiz, and Q&A responses – See participation and detailed results.
  • Engagement by post – Number of clicks into your email or text communications.

Filter Your Data

You can filter your reports to focus on specific periods or Highlights:

  • Date filters – View by day, week, month, quarter, or year (default is weekly).
  • Cumulative unique visits – Track how your reach grows over time.
  • Specific Highlights – Select a Highlight to review only that content’s results.

Download Reports

Click Download in the upper right corner to export your data. The report includes:

  • Overview
  • Tile stats
  • Points per user

You can also download graphs and responses in CSV format for internal sharing.
