How Employees Earn Points
Employees earn points when they complete interactive activities, such as quizzes or surveys, at the bottom of a tile.
How Points Track Progress
Points show how far an employee has progressed in a Highlight. This gives them feedback on their participation and encourages them to keep engaging.
Using Points for Prizes
If you choose to sponsor a prize, points can be tied to eligibility. Employees who earn enough points through participation can qualify for the reward, making the experience more motivating. If you need help setting up a Prize, reach out to support@airbo.com.
If you’d like to remove the word “points,” our support team will be happy to help update it for you. Just reach out to support@airbo.com, and they can change it to “completion,” “stars,” or any other term you prefer.
