There are two ways that you can share your Virtual Benefit Fair (VBF) with employees: Use a public URL or upload employees' names & email addresses and create accounts for them on the Airbo Board.
Board Format 1: Share Via Public Link
The first option for setting up the Airbo Virtual Benefit Fair is to add the Tiles to the Board, and then share the URL with the employees.
The link can be found either in the Board Share Link section of the Send page or in the lower left quadrant of the Setup page.
This link can be shared via existing communication channels (email, internal communication system, Slack, flyers, on-site screens, mailings, etc.).
When the employees go to this link, they will be able to access all of the Tiles and answer them. They will have the option to create an account on the Board, which is necessary for being entered to win any prizes on the Board.
You can also turn off the ability for employees to create an account if desired. Note: You will not get user specific data if you go this route.
Board Format 2: Upload Employees to Airbo Board*
A second option is to upload the names, email addresses, and phone numbers (if desired) to the VBF. Once you’ve added contact information, you’ll be able to send your VBF out via email and/or text message. See article here on adding users.
You can also send an “event closing” or follow-up Tile via email and/or text message.
All employees that have been uploaded to the Board will have an Airbo account created for them. They will not need to create an account. They will not need to create a login. Airbo brings them automatically to the VBF.
*Note: This option requires you to have your IT department whitelist Airbo domains to make sure Airbo emails go through your servers. See article here.
